Through an amendment to Circular DCIN 83 published with Bulletin 18 of April 25, 2019, an obligation is introduced for foreign portfolio capital investors or their attorney-in-fact to submit daily, through their depositor and via the Central Securities Depository of Colombia (DECEVAL), the information required by the Banco de la República in the “DSIF/DCIN Balances and Operations Report” format. This obligation takes effect as of June 17, 2019.
